No Ticket Refunds or Exchanges can be accommodated. Any late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre house staff.

Where are the ADA-compliant entrances to your theatre? Is your theatre accessible?

Our building includes accessible water fountains, restrooms, elevators, and automatic doors. At Pipe Dreams, ADA-compliant parking spots and an accessible entrance with automatic doors is located on the parking lot side of the building. Accessible seating is reserved at all times.
